Ira's practice focuses on labor and employment law, exclusively representing employers.  He helps businesses develop and implement successful workforce management processes.  He also helps organizations understand and consider the legal environmnet in making workforce-related business decisions.  Mr Blank represents employers in federal and state courts, the EEOC, the NLRB, OSHA and other administrative regulatory and law enforcement agencies.

Mr. Blank served as vice president - human resources and human resources counsel for one of the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America.  He was also industrial manager for a Fortune 500 global manufacturing company.

Mr. Blank has been an adjunct professor in the School of Business at Maryville University, where he has taught buainess law and business ethics in the undergraduate and MBA programs.
