$695,000 Settlement - Products Liability / Defective Medical Device  
Todd Muchnick and Aaron Haber obtained a $695,000 settlement for a woman who suffered severe injuries from a failed medical device surgically implanted into her body.  The plaintiff was forced to undergo additional surgery to remove and replace the defective device.  During the investigation of the cause of the failure, it was revealed that the device was defective and was not adequately tested prior to release into the chain of commerce.
